Clutter Free - Prevent duplicate tabs

Slows the new tabs to between 15 and 30 secs to open, unfortunately that makes it unusable for me. I like it other wise, but simply cant use due to the tab opening issue.

Earlier, it used to work flawlessly. Lately, it is pathetic - system freezes but still it is not preventing the duplicate tabs.

Works great but the plugin makes the browser extremely slow, opening new tabs take 3 seconds.

With lots of Tabs (150+) the browser come to a crawl when using this extension. Don't recommend until a fix for lots of tabs is introduced.

I love it when it works. But it doesn't do anything now so I have to uninstall it. Chrome has been lagging for me too. I wonder if it's this.

having the same issue as other users commented recently, chrome is freezing and stuck frequently.

Its amazing when its at work but I also experienced it freezing Chrome & drastically slowing it down. Have to keep turning the ext on & off when needed.

Always loved the extension. Generally had to just switch it on long enough to find dupes and remove them, then switch off, as I usually have a lot of tabs and running all the time lagged Chrome too much. But now I can't use it at all, because it always freezes Chrome whenever it is on & it's difficult and time consuming simply trying to switch it off. It was working fine, but recently I noticed high CPU usage by Chrome, after disabling this extension the CPU usage returned to normal.

I've been using this for a while, and it's been great (although I've always had it in passive mode), however, over the last couple of weeks I've noticed Chrome being seriously laggy and, by a process of elimination, discovered Clutter Free was causing it so, unfortunately, for now, I can't recommend it.
