Clozer

Replace a PDF attachment with a Clozer link in Gmail and Outlook, and know when a prospect reads your proposal.

Are you sending a sales proposal as a PDF? With Clozer, it goes out as a link, and you’ll know when the prospect opens it, how much time they spend on it, and on which pages. In Gmail or Outlook on the web, attach your PDF as usual. Clozer offers to replace it with a link customized with the recipient's name, inserts it above your signature, and removes the attachment. The "C" button in the corner of the message also lets you select a document already stored in Clozer. While the prospect is reading, the extension notifies you—giving you the perfect timing to call them. A Clozer account is required (https://app.clozer.club). The extension does not read your incoming emails and does not send the text of your messages: only the PDF you replace and the primary recipient.
