I bought a quarterly subscription and it still says I am on trial

I just paid 50 dollars via paypal and it is still not working. I either want my money back or this should work properly. Thanks

Payment and trial

I've the extention and I use the trial version of it. How long can I use it, when do I have to pay for it, and how will the payment happen (automatic after a while, or do I first get the option to pay or leave it) Thank Jess
