Runs in background and keeps by host, minutely and daily rollup average response times in extension local storage for all calls in all tabs. This extension is meant to be used in an enterprise environment where IT can deploy and configure it on managed devices. Part of the extension setup is configuring a URL that points to an IT controlled server to persist the rollup data using periodic HTTP POSTs of the JSON payloads collected in extension local storage.
