Closed Chat saves your ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini conversations so you can submit them with your schoolwork. How it works Open a conversation, click the Closed Chat icon and choose a format. Export signed creates a .closedchat file containing the entire conversation: every question and answer, the time each message was sent, and the names of any attached files. The file is digitally signed and time-stamped by an independent authority, so any change made after export, even a single letter, is detected. Export text creates a plain, unsigned .txt file for reading or archiving the conversation. Works with Closed Pro Import the .closedchat file into Closed Pro, the schoolwork word processor by AI Soft Ventures. Students see the chat with its original formatting and can insert a full answer, or just a selected passage, into their work, where it stays marked as AI content. Teachers receive the signed work together with the complete conversation and the percentage of text that came from the AI. Privacy Everything runs on your computer. Closed Chat has no servers and no accounts, collects no data and never sends your conversations to anyone. The only thing that leaves your computer is the chat’s SHA-256 fingerprint, a code from which the content cannot be reconstructed, which goes to the time-stamp authority.
