CloseCaddie is an AI co-pilot for sales reps who take calls in the browser. Start a session from the CloseCaddie toolbar button when your call begins. CloseCaddie captures the audio of that one tab, transcribes it, and watches for questions from the person on the other side. When a question lands, an answer card appears in the corner of your screen in a couple of seconds, pulled from the knowledge base your team uploaded: pricing sheets, security docs, battlecards, whatever you put in it. Every card carries a verdict. YES, NO, INFO, or NOT SURE. If the answer is not in your knowledge base, CloseCaddie says NOT SURE rather than inventing something. A confident wrong answer on a live sales call is worse than no answer at all, so the product is built to admit the gap and let you say you will follow up. When the call ends, CloseCaddie writes up the follow-up for you: the commitments made on the call become action items with an owner against each one, plus a drafted follow-up email built from what was actually said. You review it, edit it, send it.
