Add "Close Other Tabs" function, lost since Chrome78.

Sine Google Chrome 78, "Close other tabs" menu is removed. https://chromereleases.googleblog.com/2019/10/stable-channel-update-for-desktop_22.html (See comment section) This is alternative.
