Clockdex Companion

Reports the active tab's domain to the Clockdex desktop app for time tracking.

Clockdex Companion is the browser half of [Clockdex](https://mohfaseh.github.io/clockdex-site/), a local, automatic time-tracking desktop app. On its own this extension does nothing — it only activates once you pair it with a running copy of Clockdex on the same computer, using a one-time code you generate in Clockdex's Settings. Once paired, it reports the domain of your currently active tab to Clockdex over a connection strictly local to your own machine (`ws://127.0.0.1`). Clockdex uses that to record time against the site you're on, the same way it already tracks time against desktop apps. What it does NOT do: read page content, keystrokes, form data, or history; send anything to a remote server (there isn't one); or do anything at all before you pair it.
