Why doesn't "disable on" ever work?

I disabled cloaked on many websites and it keeps reappearing. Adding them to the disabled website list doesn't do anything. Relaunching the website has the extension trying to save/fill. First this, it's very frustrating

Unable to access secure.cloaked.com error message

No matter what I do, I cannot seem to login to Cloaked from Brave, I have to shut it down and use Firefox. And I installed this extension. Any ideas?
