Review the resulting workflow, redact sensitive screen areas, and create documentation for training, reference, testing, and support. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to SuperYou on the website. 2. Start a capture when you are ready to document a process. 3. Perform the workflow you want to document. 4. Review the captured steps in SuperYou Cloud. 5. Edit, redact, organize, export, or share your documentation when you choose. KEY FEATURES • User-directed workflow capture — Capture starts only after you sign in and actively start recording or select an explicit capture action. • Step-by-step documentation — SuperYou records workflow steps, screenshots, and action descriptions for review and documentation. • Form-aware capture — Keep related form inputs together as structured, editable sub-steps when Smart form capture is enabled. • Privacy controls — Blur sensitive screen regions and review content before sharing. • SuperYou Cloud review — Edit steps, manage projects and folders, organize documentation, and control sharing. • Live Guide — Replay a captured process as an interactive guide on supported web pages. • Flexible exports — Export documentation to PDF, Word, PowerPoint, HTML, Markdown, or SCORM when you choose. • User-controlled sharing — Create shareable documentation links and send a branded document link by email when you choose. • Compact controls — Optionally use a draggable compact control row with visible cloud-transfer progress. PRIVACY AND CONTROL • SuperYou requires website sign-in before capture begins. • You control when recording starts, stops, syncs, exports, or shares. • Active capture data is kept in browser storage while the workflow is assembled. When you choose cloud synchronization, the selected workflow is sent to your SuperYou Cloud account for review, export, or sharing. • Support screenshots and activity summaries are not attached to feedback by default; they are included only when you explicitly opt in. • Do not capture passwords, authentication codes, payment information, or other sensitive content unless you are authorized and have an appropriate handling process.
