AREA

Your balances, plus what you can borrow against them.

AREA shows what you can spend on Solana: the tokens in your wallet, plus how much a lender will let you borrow against them. WHAT IT DOES • Spending power: your USDC balance and what you could borrow against tokens like SOL, always shown as two separate numbers — what you hold and what would be borrowed. • Holdings: each token you hold, which lender accepts it, and how much USDC it can back. • Loans: every loan you have open, what you owe, its yearly rate, and how close it is to liquidation. Repay in full or in part from the panel. • Pay on supported sites: on Bitrefill, BitPay, Collector Crypt, Jupiter and Phoenix, AREA adds a button so you can pay or deposit with your spending power. If you need to borrow to cover the payment, the loan and the payment are built together and you approve them once. • Notifications: optional alerts when a loan's health drops or a payment finishes. YOU STAY IN CONTROL • AREA never holds your keys. You approve every transaction in your own wallet (such as Phantom). If you create a wallet in AREA, its key is stored only on your device, encrypted with your password. • Before you approve a loan, AREA shows the amount you will owe, the rate, the collateral that will be locked, the fees and the price at which the collateral could be liquidated. • Watch-only mode: add any Solana address to view its balances and borrowing power without signing anything. LENDERS Loans come from third-party lending protocols on Solana — currently Lavarage and Kamino. AREA is the interface; the loan terms are each lender's. RISKS Borrowing against crypto is risky. If the price of your collateral falls far enough, it can be liquidated and you can lose it. Loans accrue interest while open, and fees apply. Only borrow what you understand and can repay. AREA requires a free AREA account (email sign-in). It is not available to anyone under 18.
