At work it only logs me out of it when I lock my screen for lunch and my Contivio program has crashed. Every day it does that if my screen is locked for 25 min. But working from home, the extension constantly logs me out like every other phone call and the screen pop function only works once or twice a day even though I log back in all day long over and over. Where at the office screen pop works great all day. So if anyone knows a fix for this, please let me know.
