Could you make this to work per Tab basis?

I need to set-up a Timer per Tab(if possible along with Notes - What Timer was for).
would be great if you could make this Timer to work per Tab basis.

Add Sound

Using this for health reasons (OAP), the addition of sound would be lovely, also an indication of when the alarm is running. Thank you so much for your brilliantly simple programme.
