Save clean web content directly to your Google Drive.

ClipRoute turns useful parts of the web into clean, portable Markdown files in your own Google Drive. Choose what to capture: • Article: extracts the readable page content. • Selection: saves only the text you highlighted. • Link: saves the page title, URL, and capture details. Choose a Drive folder, save, and keep reading. ClipRoute can remember your preferred capture mode and create simple hostname-based folder rules. If a temporary network or Drive error occurs, the capture stays in a local retry queue that you control. Privacy by design: • Captures are processed locally in your browser. • Files are uploaded directly from Chrome to Google Drive. • ClipRoute requests the narrow drive.file scope, limited to files and folders it creates or that you explicitly select. • No ClipRoute content server, analytics, ads, tracking, or data sale. ClipRoute works on regular web pages where Chrome allows extensions to run. It saves Markdown (.md) files; it is not a full webpage archiver.
