Clipperry — Web Clipper for Notion & Markdown
Overview
Save clean, well-formatted web pages to Notion, Obsidian, or Markdown in one click. No ads, no clutter, no broken tables.
Clipperry saves web pages to your notes in one click — and it saves them cleanly. Most clippers hand you a mess: navigation menus, cookie banners, ad sidebars, and a "© 2026 All rights reserved" footer crammed into your note. Clipperry strips all of that out and keeps what you actually wanted — the article, its tables, its code blocks, and its images. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ WHY CLIPPERRY ▸ Clean extraction We strip 30+ categories of clutter before saving — nav bars, cookie popups, newsletter prompts, paywall overlays, ad slots, sidebars, related-post widgets. You get the article, not the page. ▸ Tables that survive Comparison tables come out as real Markdown tables, not a wall of run-on text. Empty cells stay aligned. ▸ Code blocks with language tags Syntax-highlighted code keeps its language identifier (python, javascript, go…), so it highlights correctly when you paste it into your editor. ▸ Three destinations, one click • Notion — saves straight into the database you choose • Obsidian — writes into your vault via the local app • Markdown — downloads a .md file with YAML front-matter ▸ Remembers where you were saving Clipperry remembers the last database or folder you used, so you are not re-selecting it every single time. This is the #1 complaint about other clippers, and we fixed it. ▸ Never silently fails Notion rate limits? Slow network? Clipperry retries with exponential backoff and tells you plainly when something went wrong. It never pretends a save succeeded. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ PRIVACY Your reading is your business. • No account required • No analytics, no tracking, no telemetry • Article content never passes through our servers • Your Notion token is stored only on your own device • We request the minimum permissions Chrome allows Clipperry never reads a page until you ask it to clip that page. It has no content script running on websites in the background, and it does not request permission to read sites you have not explicitly allowed.
