ClipFromX adds a download control to public video posts on X (formerly Twitter). Open a public post or timeline, select the ClipFromX download icon, choose an available video quality, and save the selected file through Chrome. Main features: - Detects video posts on x.com and twitter.com. - Adds a download action directly to each detected public video post. - Lists the available MP4 or WebM qualities and file sizes when available. - Downloads the exact quality selected by the user. - Shows all video posts detected on the current page in the extension popup. - Supports the hosted ClipFromX resolver and user-configured HTTPS resolvers. ClipFromX only works with specific public post URLs. It does not read X passwords, login cookies, private messages, or private-account content. A selected public post URL, media index, and video quality are sent to the configured resolver only after the user asks to resolve or download that post. Download only content you own, are authorized to use, or are otherwise legally permitted to save. ClipFromX does not bypass private accounts, paywalls, or access controls and is not affiliated with X Corp.
