ClipDesk is a local-first research clipping extension for saving webpages, PDFs, notes, tags, and source metadata in one private workspace. Version 0.6.0 is a major workflow upgrade from 0.2.0. ClipDesk has expanded beyond PDF import into a fuller research system: capture useful source material, organize your library, speed up clipping, manage local data, and export your work into the tools you already use. The core product does not require an account, does not require cloud sync, and does not upload your private research library by default. ClipDesk is built for students, researchers, writers, analysts, builders, and anyone who collects source-backed information while browsing.
