Clip saves any page you want to come back to, and puts your whole library on every new tab. If you send yourself links and never open them again, Clip is the fix. It is a read-it-later app and a bookmark manager in one, without the browser folders nobody reopens. HOW YOU SAVE A PAGE Click the toolbar button, right-click anywhere on a page, or press Ctrl+Shift+S (Cmd+Shift+S on a Mac). Clip picks up the page's title, site name and preview image on its own, so your library reads like a shelf of covers instead of a wall of addresses. WHAT THIS EXTENSION CHANGES IN YOUR BROWSER Clip replaces your new tab page. Every new tab shows your saved links with search across every title, site, note and tag, plus a clock, the weather, and a row of shortcuts you build yourself. Clip does not read your browsing history or your most-visited sites — the shortcut row is a list you add to by hand. HOW IT CONNECTS TO YOUR PHONE Open the Clip app, scan one QR code, and this browser joins the same library. No password is typed and no password is shared. You can also sign in with an email address and password instead. What you save on your phone shows up on your new tab, and what you save here shows up on your phone. Disconnect any browser from the app's Settings and its access ends immediately. WHAT IS FREE AND WHAT IS PAID Reading is free. Your library stays searchable on every new tab at no cost, for as long as you use Clip. Saving pages from your browser is part of Clip Pro, which is bought inside the Clip app on your phone — the mobile stores require the purchase to happen there. WHAT CLIP DOES NOT DO No ads, no third-party analytics, no tracking SDKs and no remote code. Clip does not sell or share your data. You can export your whole library at any time as JSON, CSV, or an HTML bookmarks file any browser can import, and deleting your account deletes your library.
