Send a receipt, a screenshot or a bank alert from any web page to your LedgIQ books in one click.

Clip is the way into LedgIQ from a web page. Right-click a receipt, an invoice image or a selection of text on any site and choose Send to LedgIQ. Say whether the money came in or went out, or say you are not sure. The capture lands on your review screen as a draft, in violet, and nothing is written to your books until you confirm it there. When a bank or wallet alert is open in Gmail, Clip reads that one message, shows you what it understood and offers to send the amount, the date and the counterparty as a draft. It reads the sender of every open message so it knows whether to look further, and it reads the body of a message only when the sender is one of the banks and wallets on its list. Your accountant's email, your customer's email and everything else in the inbox are never read. A statement attached to one of those alerts can be sent to your document vault with one click. If you switch it on, Clip adds a small bar with one button, Send a receipt to LedgIQ, to WhatsApp Web, Messenger and a Facebook Page inbox. Pressing the button shows the pictures in the open chat as thumbnails with the money question under each, and tapping money in, money out or not sure under one sends that picture only. A photo of a receipt a customer or a supplier sent you reaches the books without being saved and uploaded by hand. Clip asks for each of those sites separately, at the moment you switch it on, and it reads nothing on them until you press the button. Clip connects to your LedgIQ account with a key that can add captures and nothing else. It cannot read an entry, run a report or export a book, and it checks that against the live service before it stores the key. Nothing leaves your browser until you click.
