Paste your notes, or pull them straight from a shared Google Doc, and ClinicalRecap matches every field on your program's form: chief complaint, HPI, vitals, assessment, plan, and everything else. No more retyping the same visit twice. How it works: 1. Open your log book page and paste your notes into the ClinicalRecap side panel. 2. Click Scan page to find every field on the form. 3. Click Auto Fill to complete them in seconds. 4. Review what's filled, finish anything left blank, and submit the form yourself as always. Accuracy comes first. ClinicalRecap never invents clinical details that aren't in your notes. Anything it can't confidently match is left blank and clearly flagged, so you always know exactly what to double-check before you submit. Sign in, automatically if you're already logged into the ClinicalRecap website, or with email, password, or Google, to save values that rarely change (like your preceptor's name) and set your own preferences for how specific sections should read.
