THE HONEST PART (read this first) - Never auto-submits. It fills the form and stops at the submit button. You review and you click it. - Never fabricates. It fills only your real, stored answers — and leaves a field blank before inventing one. - Flags what it is unsure of. If it can't confidently map a field, it tells you to verify it instead of guessing. - No mass-apply. Quality over volume. It never fires off applications on your behalf. WHAT IT DOES - Honest match score: a 0–100 score, a verdict, and the one-line reason — scored against your real résumé in Climbr. Plus job insights pulled straight from the posting (listed salary, key responsibilities, required qualifications) and an ATS formatting tip when the system behind the form is known. - Save + score in one click: clip any posting into your Climbr feed and tracker with its score attached. No copy-pasting links. - Assisted autofill: fills your contact info, links, work authorization and more into application forms — then shows exactly what it filled, flags what to verify, and lists what it left blank. - Tailor your résumé for this job: tailor to the posting you're on, download or copy it, and keep a labeled library so you never upload the wrong one. Pick a résumé tailored for a different job and it warns you. - Draft answers from your résumé: for open-ended application questions. If your résumé doesn't fully cover a question, it says so and asks you to edit before using. You can save answers for reuse. WHERE IT WORKS Match scoring and one-click save work on the supported job boards and applicant-tracking systems. Assisted autofill works fully on boards with standard application forms; on boards with custom application widgets it fills what it confidently can and opens a one-click copy-paste list with every value on file for the rest (on multi-step apply flows, re-run autofill on each step). Federal and cleared-job boards are score-and-save only — you apply through their own application systems.
