Captures Google Meet captions as text and syncs them to ClientFlow. No audio or video recording.

ClientFlow Meeting Assistant captures captions that are already visible to you in Google Meet and saves them as a searchable text transcript in your authorized ClientFlow workspace. Use the extension to keep speaker names, caption text, and timestamps connected to the correct CRM meeting. After the meeting, open My Meetings in ClientFlow to review the transcript, add notes, create a detailed summary, extract action items, and ask questions about the conversation. The extension does not record, capture, upload, or store audio or video. It does not join the meeting as a bot. Google Meet captions must be turned on for transcript capture to work. Setup is simple: install the extension, open ClientFlow Meetings Settings, connect the required workspace, run the readiness test, and then join Google Meet normally.
