Overview

Add HTTP Client-Hint headers to outgoing requests

Extension to allow Client-Hints header to be set for testing / experimentation purposes. Client-Hints (CH-*:) HTTP Header is proposed as a way of allowing browsers to communicate details of screen height, width and display pixel ratio to servers so that the server can return resources, especially images, that are optimised.
