ClickShot — Workflow Capture
Overview
Snaps a screenshot on every click so you can replay and analyze your browser workflow with AI.
ClickShot captures a screenshot of the current tab every time you click while recording, marks exactly where you clicked, and lets your own locally-running AI assistant (such as Claude) see that activity — so it can understand and help with what you're doing in your browser. Everything stays on your machine. ClickShot has no remote servers, no analytics, and no tracking. Your screenshots are stored locally and only shared with a companion app running on your own computer, on your own AI subscription. WHAT IT DOES • Start recording, and ClickShot snaps a screenshot on each click • Each shot is marked at the click point and paired with what you clicked (page, element, text) • Export a full session as a ZIP (screenshots + a JSON log) • Optional: run the free companion server (clickshot-mcp) so your local AI assistant can read your recent activity through MCP GREAT FOR • Letting an AI assistant follow along with a task you're doing • Documenting and reviewing a workflow • Capturing repro steps for a bug PRIVACY ClickShot does not collect or transmit your data. Recording is off by default. You can clear all captured data at any time. See the privacy policy for details.
