ClickNote
Overview
Fast contextual reading assistant - select text on any page and get an instant, page-aware explanation.
Select the confusing part and ClickNote explains it instantly with context, right where you are on the page. Unlike a dictionary or a chatbot, ClickNote reads the page with you. It uses the surrounding paragraphs, the section you are in, and what you have already read, so the explanation fits the exact context instead of giving you a generic definition. HOW IT WORKS 1. Select any text on any page 2. An explanation appears next to your selection in seconds 3. Still confused? Select any phrase inside the answer to go deeper, or type a follow-up question WHY PEOPLE KEEP IT - Works everywhere: documentation, research papers, technical blogs, news, Wikipedia - Answers stream in fast and stay short, so you never lose reading flow - Go-deeper chains: every answer is selectable, letting you drill down until it clicks - Quick pause: press left and right mouse buttons together to pause ClickNote, click the toolbar icon to bring it back - Light and dark theme, draggable and resizable panel PRIVATE BY DESIGN Nothing is read or sent until you select text and ask. Pages where you never request an explanation are never touched. Explanations are generated on demand and never stored on our servers. Sign in with Google, GitHub, or email and start explaining. Free plan included, no card required.
