Also suitable for web-based CRM systems, webshop software, ticketing systems, Hosted Office, etc. Numbers become names: A name can easily be associated with an incoming or outgoing call so that the correct name is also displayed on the next call. Online phonebook: Click2Dial allows contacts to be added to an online phonebook. These contacts can be shared so that they are available company-wide or marked as personal contacts. The online phonebook can be synchronized with Yealink IP phones. Online status: Through the colleagues tab, the availability of colleagues is visible and a call can be transferred through the plugin with or without a call back.
