Max number length

Hi there.
We use your extension for years. Today I have the first issue with the Software.
The "Max number length" in the options settings resets automatically to 12 digits. Here in Germany we have longer numbers and I have to set this value to 16 at least. But after a couple minutes, the value goes back to 12 by itself.
Any advice?

ciscotel not working

When I switch the protocol to ciscotel it eventually reverts itself back to tel. Using Cisco Jabber

Whatsapp Web interface issues

Hi there, started to use your addon, which does exactly what I´ve been looking for! Apart from the issua that the plugin is causing heavy interface issues within https://web.whatsapp.com/. Trying to put Whatsapp Web on the black list, it doesn´t get any better. Can you help me to fix it, please?

Click to Call not reaching phone

I have dozens of phone configured with the chrome plugin, and they are working, I just set up a new extension with the plugin, I am able to log in, I get the pop-up, but the phone does not ring. I have removed & re-provisioned the phone, I have changed the User Portal password, no change. I spoke to our provider and they suggested reaching out to you. Please let me know if you need additional information. Thanks

Click to Call CTI extension

I am using Less Annoying CRM. I added your extension but the only option I get to make call is from my mobile phone, and I want to use my google number so I can dial from my pc desktop. How would I do that? Can you help with this? Thanks.

Changing the Primary Application

We are now using a different application to make calls. When I originally set it up, I had the option to choose which application I would like to use to make calls, but I cannot find the way that I can change which application I would like to use, as I am now using something different. How do I change that?

Not able to send the number from my PC to android phone

I'm logged in on my PC & android phone on chrome & gmail, but when I click on a number to call the pop up says: "to send a number from here to Android phone, sign into chrome on both the devices".

I have extensively used this extension to make calls earlier. I used a different android phone for 1 day around mid-Aug. When I got back to my old phone, the extension does not seem to work. Any suggestions on how to make it work?

webpage not reading phone number

The tool is no longer reading all the phone numbers for crm system. It reads the primary contact number, but not the business number. Can you give me any tips?
