Unlike other readers that blindly read the entire page, Click Text To Read Aloud gives you control. Simply click the text block you want to hear, and it starts reading from there. It breaks down the page into smart "Text Blocks," allowing you to navigate through paragraphs easily. KEY FEATURES - Smart Selector Tool: The extension automatically identifies text areas. Just hover and click to start reading. - In-Place Highlighting: Follow along easily as the extension highlights the specific sentence being read in real-time. - Text Block Navigation: Skip ahead or go back by selecting specific "Text Blocks" from the list view. - Audio Controls: Play, Pause, and text navigation controls are always within reach via the floating control bar. - Customizable Settings: - Voices: Choose from a variety of available system voices. - Speed Control: Adjust the reading speed to match your preference. - Highlight Colors: Customize the highlight color to suit your visual needs. - Auto-Scroll: Toggle auto-scrolling to keep the active text in view. HOW TO USE 1. Activate: Click the extension icon in your toolbar. The selector tool is active by default. 2. Select: Click on the text area you want to read. Wait a moment for processing. 3. Listen: The extension will process the text and begin reading aloud immediately. 4. Control: Use the floating control bar to Pause, Play, or Skip to the next/previous text block. 5. Stop: Press the Escape key or click the Stop button on the UI to close the player. TROUBLESHOOTING - Audio not playing? If you have the extension running in multiple tabs, they might conflict. Try closing the player in other tabs (use the Escape key) or reloading the current page. - Extension not responding? Reload the web page and try again.
