Unfortunately it has stopped working. I saw the background page and saw this error: Error in event handler: TypeError: Error in invocation of windows.create(optional object createData, optional function callback): Error at parameter 'createData': Error at property 'left': Invalid type: expected integer, found number. at <URL>

Sorry for the late response, it should be working by now. At least while using Chrome version 124. let me know if you still encounter problems
