WiFi connection doesn't work on recently Chromium versions

Hi! We've been using mBot in dozens of Brazilian schools connecting via WiFi in Raspberry Pi computers. After updating the SO (Raspbian) and Chromium's version this extension stopped working (in Chromium 72.x neither connection via USB cable is working). Is there any solution in course? If not, could you give us initial guidelines to we help to fix it?

App update?

Will this app be updated to work again or have you stopped supporting this? It seems most reviews say it will not connect with their mBot. Mine is paired with my chromebook, but the app shows nothing.

I can use this app on Chromebook (ACER R13)

When I open this app , It's show me {{option.text}} on all selection option(among blue touth HID Wireless etc).
I can't connect ScratchX or refresh ..........

scratchx to phone app translation

It would be nice if my students could use the features in scratchx to write code adn mke a program and then send the program to their phone and then send the code to the mbot from their phones.

Fails to connect

doesn't connect either serial or 2.4G.
The mBot connects with a PC under Win7 and works well, however.

Doesn't Work

On a chromebook, I tried to get this working. Successfully paired with bluetooth. But robot does not respond to code.

Chromebook Use

Any idea when the mBot will be able to be programmed using a Chromebook? My district is ready to adopt a new robotics program, but we have one-to-one Chromebooks. We would not be able to choose the mBot unless it can be programmed using a Chromebook.

Bluetooth Connection via chromebook

Prior to the January 2017 update to the chromebook app, this worked just fine. I am working on connecting today and am not able to connect. The mBot does connect to the chromebook, however within the app, once I click "connect" in the app, nothing happens within the app (the blue light on the mBot is solid indicating that a bluetooth connection is made however).
