Get commitments out of your head and into a place you can return to. Quick Capture Inbox by TIMOVIS Ltd helps you capture tasks, appointments and follow-ups in plain English. Type what you need to remember and click Continue. If the extension recognises a date and time, it opens Google Calendar with the event details filled in. Review the details and click Save in Google Calendar. If the information is incomplete or the date or time is invalid, the commitment is saved directly to your local inbox. No extra questions interrupt your capture. Return later to add details and organise it. Numeric dates use day/month/year; ISO dates such as 2026-12-31 are also supported. “Next Tuesday” means the next upcoming Tuesday. Dates without a year use the current year. Prefilled events use your computer’s timezone and last 30 minutes by default. You can change the details in Google Calendar before saving. The extension cannot confirm whether an event was saved. Inbox copies remain until you delete them. It does not automatically remind you to review the inbox. PRIVACY Commitments are interpreted locally in your browser. Inbox data is stored locally and is not synchronised between devices. When Google Calendar opens, the event details and your original text are sent to Google to prefill the event—even if you later cancel.
