Overview

Runs a StoryCapture .story in your tab, records it, and uploads the take to your StoryCapture workspace.

StoryCapture turns a written .story script into a polished demo video. This extension runs the script in the tab you choose, the way the StoryCapture desktop app does: it clicks, types and scrolls through your site, records the tab while it does, and uploads the recording to your StoryCapture workspace, where it is exported and shared. Sign in on storycaptures.com; the extension uses that sign-in. Pick a story synced from the desktop app, or open a .story file. Simulate to check the story, then Record. The window is sized to the story's viewport for the take and put back afterwards. Upload sends the take to a render job in the workspace you pick, as a new video or the next version of a link you already share.
