CLEATUS SAM.gov Registration Assistant
Overview
Helps complete your SAM.gov registration, shows what to prepare, and flags common format errors. Free.
SAM.gov entity registration is free. This extension helps you prepare your answers, move through the registration pages, and fill the values you approve. WHAT IT DOES The extension opens beside SAM.gov. It tells you what to prepare, takes you to the relevant registration page, and fills the values you entered into the side panel. You review every value before you submit it to SAM.gov. It also tells you where you are. SAM asks several questions before any form appears, and one of them decides whether your registration can be awarded a contract at all. The extension names the control that moves you on and says what the wrong choice costs. It points; it never presses. It flags common format problems, such as invalid bank routing numbers, malformed UEIs, CAGE codes, MPINs, ZIP+4 values, emails, and phone numbers. It cannot guarantee that SAM.gov will approve a registration. YOUR DATA Your registration profile stays on your device. Ordinary answers use Chrome local extension storage. Your taxpayer ID, bank details, and MPIN stay in browser session memory and are erased when you close the browser. Online assistance is optional and starts off. When you turn it on, Chrome asks you to grant CLEATUS access to www.cleat.ai. One option sends redacted labels from unrecognised form controls after you press Fill. Another option sends labels from an unfamiliar SAM.gov page and a redacted page path when that page opens, and on a page the extension has never seen it also sends the captions of that page's buttons and links so CLEATUS can describe what the page is asking. These requests never include values you typed, dropdown options, or the captions of radio buttons and checkboxes. CLEATUS, Vercel, Upstash, and Microsoft Azure use this structure only to identify or describe form fields and registration pages. See https://www.cleat.ai/privacy for data types, recipients, and retention. You can also send a problem report. The extension shows the redacted report first. It sends the report only after you press Send report. If you remove the extension, Chrome opens a page on www.cleat.ai in a new tab. CLEATUS counts that page view to see how many people remove it. The page carries nothing from your registration. WHAT IT DOES NOT DO The extension never submits a SAM.gov form, never fills a field without your press, and never overwrites a value you already typed. It does not answer the Representations and Certifications questions for you. CLEATUS is not affiliated with SAM.gov, the General Services Administration, or the United States government. SAM.gov registration is free.
