ClearRec is a simple, reliable microphone recorder that lives in Chrome's side panel. • No time limit: record for minutes or hours. • Nothing is lost: audio is saved every second, so a crash or closed browser keeps your recording. • One click to MP3 or WAV, straight to your Downloads folder, with a "Show in folder" link. • Keeps recording while you browse or close the panel. • Pause and resume, live level meter, choose any microphone. • Voice mode (noise suppression, echo cancellation, auto-gain) or Music mode (raw audio). Every option can be switched on or off. • Keyboard shortcut: Alt+Shift+R to start and stop. • Works great on Chromebooks. Private by design: recordings are stored only in your browser and never uploaded. ClearRec has no account, no ads and no tracking. Free. No watermark.
