Overview

Capture Idealista, Habitaclia, Fotocasa and Pisos.com listings into ClearPrice

ClearPrice Clipper saves Spanish property listings to your ClearPrice account in one click — and then watches them for you. While browsing Idealista, Habitaclia, Fotocasa, or Pisos.com, a green "Track this property?" button appears on each listing. Click it and the listing is saved to your ClearPrice watchlist. From then on, ClearPrice monitors the asking price and flags every price cut, so you know the moment a seller drops their price. WHAT IT DOES • Adds a one-click Track button to supported real-estate listing pages. • Saves the listing's public details (price, size, location) to your account. • Surfaces price cuts over time on your ClearPrice Tracking page. HOW PRICE TRACKING STAYS FRESH Some portals block automated servers, so the only reliable way to keep prices current is from a real browser. Every couple of hours the extension quietly re-checks a small handful of listings (about five) in the background and reports price changes back. This load is shared across all users, so no one carries much. PRIVACY The extension only reads public real-estate listing pages you visit on the supported sites. It does not read your browsing history, other tabs, or any personal data. See the privacy policy for details. You need a free ClearPrice account to use the extension. After installing, open the extension's Options page and connect your account with the token from your ClearPrice settings. NOTE ClearPrice Clipper passed Chrome Web Store review. When installing, you may see Chrome's "not trusted by Enhanced Safe Browsing" label. That appears on all newly published extensions and clears automatically over the first few months as the extension builds a track record — it's not a warning about this extension's safety.
