Payment got cancelled, but I still payed (twice)

I tried to purchase the Pro version from their website and pay with Klarna SOFORT. I tried, but just after Klarna says the payment was successfull, the clearly reader site says "Payment failed". I tried once again, same results. And then I checked my bank account and I see TWO transfers. I tried to contact the team of clearly reader but I did not get any response and no refund. I would definitly NOT recommend purchasing anything from their site.

Overwrites Bootstrap classes like 'toast'

Good reader tool. But since it seems to inject al lot of css, please use more specific/unique class-names, it interferes with Bootstrap default classes like '.toast'. Thx.

Not working as before.

Since a week or so I can't read clarin.com news with your extensión. Looks like that newspaper had found how to trick your development. Another site that it is not possible to read at all since long ago is lanacion.com.ar. Hope you can update your smart solution Soon. Thanks!

I want to cancel my premium subscription

It's been more than two months that I've been trying to get in touch to cancel my premium subscription. Attention Brazilians, do not use a physical card because to cancel it you will have to disable it and ask for another physical card. They don't respond to messages!! I want to cancel my subscription!!

Extension not working on a light novel fan translation website.

I tried using the 'Clearly' extension on this web page (link: https://lancarjayatranslations.wordpress.com/2023/01/14/chapter-43-unfinished-cocktail/) which is a fan translated light novel. However it doesn't seem to work. I initially thought that the extension was broken but it seems to work perfectly fine on other websites.
