Replace the homepage with a calm focus screen (search, daily goal, quotes). • Instagram: Hide Reels, Explore, Stories bar, and suggested posts—keep DMs and your following feed usable. • TikTok: Hide the For You feed and distracting tabs; nudge you toward search instead of passive watching. 🧠 DOOMSCROLL DETECTION Detects long sessions and fast scrolling on Instagram and TikTok. Gentle nudges, grayscale mode, and breathing breaks—all processed on your device. Nothing is sent to our servers. 🎓 EXAM MODE Timed study sessions with Pomodoro (25/5 cycles).
