Take granular control over your X (formerly Twitter) timeline with ClearFeed for X! This extension lets you define custom rules to automatically filter the content you see. How it Works: You create rules specifying text to find (using exact phrases or simple patterns) and choose an action: either hide the entire tweet or replace the matched text with something else. Core Features: Rule Engine: Match literal phrases or use simple regex patterns (* = wildcard, ? = single char, | = OR). Control matching with case-sensitive and whole-word options. Actions: Hide: Remove the entire tweet from view. Replace: Substitute matched text with your custom content (supports **bold** and *italic*). User Experience: Modification Badge: An optional indicator shows which tweets ClearFeed has processed. Easy Toggle: Click the badge to instantly switch between the original tweet/text and the ClearFeed version ("Un-Hide"/"Re-Hide", "Un-ClearFeed it"/"ClearFeed it"). Rule Management: Intuitive options page to add, edit, enable/disable, and delete rules. Import/Export: Manage your rule lists easily using JSON import/export. Privacy: ClearFeed processes everything locally in your browser. Your rules and data stay on your computer. Clean up your feed, avoid spoilers, and create a better X experience.
