Clear Call

Click to call from Vincere, send ticked candidates to a WhatsApp campaign, and log every call, text and WhatsApp in Vincere.

An internal tool for Clear Recruitment staff using Clear Call, the company phone system. A small blue call button appears next to every phone number on Vincere. Press it and the number rings out through your open Clear Call tab, from your own Clear Call line. Phone links on those pages ring through Clear Call too. A green button next to it calls the number on WhatsApp instead, from your work WhatsApp number. Tick candidates on a Vincere list, talent pool or search results (or open a candidate) and press the green Send to WhatsApp campaign button at the bottom right. Clear Call reads their names and mobiles from Vincere with your own login and opens a new WhatsApp campaign with them loaded, telling you how many have no mobile in Vincere. Nothing is sent until you start the campaign. While you have Vincere open, every call, text and WhatsApp message you make or receive through Clear Call is added as a comment to the Vincere candidate or contact with that number, in your name, using your own Vincere login. Anything Clear Call cannot match is listed under My settings in Clear Call, where you can link it by pasting the candidate's or contact's Vincere address. The toolbar button gives you a quick dial box, your status and your recent calls. You can switch the call buttons on for other websites as well; Chrome asks your permission first. Sign in at https://call.clear-er.com and keep that tab open. Nothing else to set up. Requires a Clear Call account. Not for public use.
