Cleaner - history & cache clean

Does a decent job cleaning. There is a bug though. When the user selects "Automatic Data Remove" the extension does not save the preference and returns to the Off setting when the browser is restarted. All the other preferences remain saved.

It does a good job of cleaning everything, including cookies, but it allows whitelisting of cookies too. Less intrusive than clicknclean
