Your settings should be synced across devices, but not browsers. Please note that this may begin to work incorrectly if the layout of twitch changes. Please also note that as this is still an early stage add-on, some features may not work as expected. I am however open to any and all feedback, so please let me know what I can do to help you out, and I'll do my best to address any questions/issues.
