ワンクリックでキャッシュを完全クリアしてページを再読み込みします。 通常のスーパーリロード（Ctrl+Shift+R）ではクリアされないService WorkerキャッシュやCacheStorageも含めて完全にリセットします。 【実行される処理】 1. Service Workerの登録をすべて解除 2. CacheStorage内のキャッシュをすべて削除 3. HTTPキャッシュを該当オリジンから実削除 4. キャッシュをバイパスしてページをリロード 【こんな時に便利】 ・Web開発中にキャッシュが原因で変更が反映されない ・PWAの古いキャッシュが残って最新版が表示されない ・サイトの表示がおかしくなった時のリセット 【権限について】 ・activeTab：クリック時のタブのみにアクセス ・scripting：Service Worker/CacheStorageのクリアに使用 ・browsingData：HTTPキャッシュの実削除に使用 ユーザーデータの収集・送信は一切行いません。
