Overview
A Chrome extension that removes 'Promoted' content from the LinkedIn timeline. The extension is provided free of charge.
This Chrome extension automatically removes any elements from the LinkedIn timeline that are marked as "Promoted". See screenshot for an example. The extension is provided free of charge. If you need support, have comments or want to have access to the source code in order to contribute to the project, please contact cleansocialm@gmail.com. My goal is to develop a similar ad blocker for Facebook and/or other social media. Notes: 1. The extension has not been tested on Mobile devices (Tablets, SmartPhones) 2. It blocks successfully Promoted content as of 5.4.2023. If LinkedIn fundamentally changes it its page structure in the future, the extension might need a new version to still work.
