See what happened after you send an important Gmail message. WizTrack adds an optional tracking control to Gmail. Turn it on for a message before sending, then review observed activity in your WizTrack dashboard, recipient by recipient. Send from Gmail as usual; tracking is off unless you choose to enable it. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Choose which messages to track. • Review observed opens, link clicks, and replies for each recipient. • See when activity happened to help decide whether to follow up. • Optionally receive desktop notifications about new activity. HOW IT WORKS 1. Sign in to WizTrack and connect the Gmail account you want to use. 2. In Gmail, turn on “Track this email” before sending a message. 3. Send from Gmail as usual. 4. Review the activity timeline in your WizTrack dashboard. ABOUT EMAIL TRACKING Tracking provides signals, not proof that a person read a message. Email apps and privacy protections can block or preload tracking content, so some activity may be missing or difficult to attribute. WizTrack reports what it can observe. PRIVACY WizTrack handles the message details needed to send tracked email and show activity, including recipient addresses, subject, delivery status, and observed opens, clicks, and replies. Message content is encrypted while needed for delivery and deleted after delivery completes. WizTrack does not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising.
