Claw for Provet Cloud

Checks Provet Cloud invoices for missing charges before finalising, and can send clients a review request on your clinic's behalf.

Claw is a billing-accuracy tool for veterinary clinics using Provet Cloud. Catch missed charges before the invoice is locked Busy clinics lose money to charges that never make it onto the invoice — the administration fee that goes with an injection, the anaesthesia that goes with a surgery, the consumables used during a procedure. Nobody means to miss them; they get forgotten in the flow of a consultation. Claw watches for this. When a staff member clicks "Finalize invoice" in Provet Cloud, Claw checks the line items against your clinic's own rules and shows a warning if something expected is missing. The vet can add the item or continue — Claw never blocks the invoice, and never changes it. Rules you define, based on how your clinic actually bills You configure rules in the Claw dashboard: if an invoice contains X but is missing Y, flag it. Claw also studies your finalised invoices over time and suggests rules based on patterns it sees in your own billing, so you don't have to think of everything upfront. See where the money goes The dashboard shows how many invoices were checked, how many warnings fired, what was recovered, and what was let through — broken down by staff member, so you can see where the training gaps are. Claw Reviews (optional) If you turn it on, Claw can also ask happy clients to leave you an online review. After an invoice is finalised, staff are offered the choice to send that client a review request 24 hours later. Every email carries an unsubscribe link, clients are never contacted twice in a 90-day window, and the feature is switched off unless your clinic explicitly enables it and confirms it has client consent. What you need A Provet Cloud account and a Claw licence key. Sign up at clawworkspace.app. What Claw reads Invoice line items and the name of the logged-in staff member, so warnings can be attributed correctly. If Claw Reviews is enabled, it also reads the client's email address on that invoice in order to send the review request. Claw does not read patient records, clinical notes, or payment details.
