Claude Usage Dashboard gives you a clear, real-time view of how you're using Claude.ai — so you never run out of quota mid-task. See exactly where you stand: the popup shows your current session (5-hour) and weekly limits as clean progress cards, with reset countdowns and a warning banner when you're close to the cap. An inline chart plots your peak usage across the last 7 days, so you can spot patterns and plan heavy work around your quota.
