Claude Folder Upload Helper

For someone developing using Claude, this is a must have. Updating the content of the projects folder is incredibly tedious without it. Claude 3.5 Sonnet understands perfectly well the directory structure from the given naming convention. This extension is so usefull that it should have been baseline functionality, and the lack of it is a major oversight from Anthropic.
