Allows Claude Code to interact with your active browser tab via a local MCP server.

Browser Control MCP connects Claude Code to your actual Chrome browser via the Model Context Protocol. No headless sandbox. No Playwright. No re-authenticating every service you use. The AI operates on the same browser session you are looking at with all your cookies, logins, 2FA tokens, and extensions intact. What it does: Your AI coding assistant can now see and interact with your browser the same way you do. The extension maintains a persistent local WebSocket connection (127.0.0.1 only, nothing leaves your machine). Claude Code sends commands through the MCP server, the extension executes them in your browser, and results flow back.
