Type a hint letter — select a text block 3. Drill down (optional) — narrow to sentence, then word 4. TEMPLATE BAR Your current action is always visible at the bottom of the overlay. Select text and it fills template slots automatically. Tab cycles to the next action. Arrow keys switch profiles. / opens the full action menu. Press Space (or click a slot) to type free text into any template slot. A command palette bar appears with a real text input — supports native shortcuts like Cmd+V, Cmd+A, Option+Delete, and Shift+Enter for newlines. Multi-slot templates like "Compare {1} with {2}" let you select two pieces of text before submitting. Templates support custom parameter names: "Translate {text} to {language}" · "Explain {topic} using {analogy}" Press / to open the action menu where you can edit any template inline.
