Claude Branch Viewer

)Overview
View, search across, and inspect every branch of a Claude.ai conversation.
Open any conversation at claude.ai and click the "Branches" button on the bottom right to get started. Claude.ai stores every conversation as a tree. Each time you edit a prompt or retry a response, it creates a new branch. But the website only ever shows you one path at a time, and the only way to reach another branch is clicking the tiny "‹ 2/3 ›" version arrows. On long, heavily-branched chats, whole sections of your work become almost impossible to find. Claude Branch Viewer surfaces the entire tree. Visual branch map: A clean, pannable, zoomable map of your whole conversation. Every message is a node; every edit and retry is a visible branch. See the full shape of a chat at a glance. Search across every branch: Find any message in any branch instantly, even ones not currently displayed. Cycle through matches like Cmd-F, with the current hit highlighted on both the map and the transcript. Read any branch: A clean chat-bubble reader shows the full conversation along any path. Compare diverging branches side by side, or view every message in one flat list. Jump to any message: Click a message and the extension drives Claude.ai itself to that exact branch and scrolls right to it — no more hunting through version arrows. Private by design: Everything runs locally in your browser using your own logged-in session. Your conversations are never sent anywhere, collected, or stored outside your browser. Light & dark mode: Adapts automatically to your system theme.
